Because of the risk of parvo and other diseases we do not let people come and visit newborn puppies.
At 5 weeks old and older families getting a puppy from the litter are definitely encouraged to come visit the babies.
At this age they are also running around, playing and being bad...i mean cute!!
We do spend a lot of time training and participating in dog sports etc. to make sure our dogs are kept busy and well cared for but because of this we are not home all the time, so some days visits are just not possible.
New puppy families, please read....
FAMILIES COMING TO SEE OR PICK UP YOUR PUPPIES----
WHEN YOU COME HERE PLEASE WEAR PANTS AND SHOES, NOT SHORTS AND SANDALS, THIS GOES FOR YOUR KIDS ALSO!!!!
THERE ARE HAPPY, EXCITED PUPPIES WITH SHARP NAILS WHO ALL WANT TO SEE YOU AT ONCE. THEY WILL JUMP UP ON YOUR LEGS AND IT HURTS.
IT IS NOT GOOD FOR THE PUPPIES TO HEAR "OUCH, GO AWAY. GET DOWN.."
NOT GOOD FOR YOUR LEGS EITHER!
THEY ARE BABIES, THEY DON'T KNOW THEY SHOULDN'T DO THIS YET.
IF YOU DECIDE TO WEAR SHORTS ANYWAY THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO COME BACK ANOTHER TIME, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR MY PUPS NOT TO HEAR OR HAVE PEOPLE ACT NEGATIVELY WITH THEM.
